SA: SA water restrictions "ridiculous" say SA Liberals

South Australia's opposition says the state's water restrictions are ridiculous ..

and should be changed.

Opposition leader MARTIN HAMILTON-SMITH says the unscientific ban on watering by drip
system or by hand-held hose should be lifted for two hours .. twice a week.

He says if Premier MIKE RANN doesn't end the ridiculous bucket laws by September 1
.. the Liberals will take action when parliament resumes in two weeks time.
