Linda Marrero, known to the world as the "chain girl" after police found her shackled to a radiator, celebrated her 16th birthday in her family's new suburban home.
"I love it here; such a different environment," Marrero told the Daily News from her family's Orange County home.
"And there's even a radiator next to my bed. I laughed when I saw it."
